An Aston Martin DB5, in the distinctive Silver Birch color, was supplied to James Bond by the Q Branch of MI6 in the film Goldfinger. Bond’s DB5 featured machine guns that are hidden behind the front grill, a bullet screen that rises from behind the rear window, passenger ejector seat, tire slashers that extend from the center of the wheels, a smoke screen, revolving license plates and other gadgets. The Aston Martin DB5 has appeared in six James Bond films including the most recent blockbuster, Skyfall.
